Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to Renoflow’s website, application, and monitored pilot. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Renoflow for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. What Renoflow is
Renoflow is software that helps homeowners, contractors, and project teams organize a renovation. It can read the messages, invoices, documents, and connected-service data you provide and turn them into records, drafts, budgets, schedules, and approval items.
Renoflow is an organizational tool only. It is not a licensed general contractor, architect, engineer, attorney, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, emergency service, or party to an agreement between you and a contractor, client, vendor, or other project participant.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access to people you invite. Do not share a personal login between people.
3. Automated and AI-generated output
Renoflow uses automated systems, including AI models, to transcribe or read content and to generate classifications, estimates, schedules, records, drafts, and suggestions. Automated output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
- Cost figures are benchmarks, not quotes. Estimates are based on supplied information and typical ranges; they are not a bid, appraisal, or price guarantee. Obtain written quotes from qualified professionals.
- Extraction can miss or misread information. Renoflow may fail to detect an item, misread an amount or date, or put information in the wrong project or category. Review the underlying source and the resulting record.
- Generated documents and messages are drafts. Contracts, scopes, notices, outreach, and other generated text are starting points, not legal advice. Review them and use a qualified professional where appropriate before approval, signature, or sending.
- You make the decision. Verify any financial, contractual, safety, scheduling, code, permit, or construction information before relying on it. Renoflow does not replace professional judgment or an emergency communication channel.
4. Your content and permissions
As between you and Renoflow, you keep ownership of content you submit. You give Renoflow a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention boundaries in that policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and contact information you submit. You are responsible for notices, consents, and instructions to project participants, including consent needed for messages, calls, recordings, or WhatsApp communications. Do not use Renoflow to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Renoflow to:
- Violate law or another person’s rights.
- Upload malware, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or access another user’s account or data without authorization.
- Misrepresent identity or authority, commit fraud, harass a person, or distribute spam or deceptive communications.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction or we agree in writing.
- Use automated output as the sole basis for a decision that creates legal or similarly significant effects for another person.
6. Paid subscriptions and the founding offer
Renoflow currently advertises a limited founding offer for the first 20 successful Stripe coupon redemptions: $49 USD per month, before applicable taxes. Stripe Checkout displays the actual price, billing interval, tax, and payment details before you pay. If Checkout cannot verify the exact founding offer, Renoflow is designed to stop the purchase instead of charging the undiscounted price.
The founding discount applies while that same paid Stripe subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription ends or is canceled, the founding price may not be available if you return. The locked amount does not include taxes, third-party charges, add-ons, or a materially different future service purchased separately.
Automatic renewal. A paid subscription renews automatically each month until cancellation becomes effective. You authorize Stripe and Renoflow to charge the saved payment method for the recurring subscription, applicable taxes, and amounts shown at Checkout. Charges for the Renoflow pilot may temporarily appear as SUPERLAB on a card or bank statement because Renoflow currently uses that merchant account.
Cancellation. You can open the Stripe billing portal from Renoflow’s billing settings to manage or cancel a subscription. The portal shows when cancellation will take effect. Cancellation stops future renewals after that effective time; it does not retroactively void a charge or by itself delete your Renoflow account or project data.
Payment failures. Stripe may retry a failed payment and send billing notices. If a subscription is not active or trialing, Renoflow may limit paid features, return the account to available free functionality, or suspend access until payment status is resolved. You remain responsible for valid charges already incurred.
Taxes. Stripe calculates or collects transaction taxes where configured. You are responsible for taxes legally imposed on your purchase, excluding taxes based on Renoflow’s net income. A tax ID collected at Checkout does not guarantee that a purchase is tax-exempt.
Refunds. Renoflow does not currently publish a blanket refund guarantee. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the rule presented at Checkout, a written pilot agreement, or non-waivable law. Canceling or not using the service does not automatically create a refund. Contact hello@renoflow.app with a billing issue so it can be reviewed.
7. Connected and third-party services
Features that connect Google, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, or another provider depend on that provider’s availability and terms. By connecting a service, you direct Renoflow to access and exchange the data needed for the feature you request. You can revoke a supported connection, but revocation does not undo a message, payment, synchronization, or provider action that already occurred. Renoflow is not responsible for a third-party service’s independent operation or records.
8. Renoflow ownership and feedback
Renoflow and its licensors own the service, software, design, branding, and documentation, excluding your content. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal project or business operations while these Terms apply. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not treat feedback as permission to publish your confidential project content.
9. Pilot changes and availability
Renoflow is in a monitored pilot. Features can be incomplete, unavailable, or changed as we fix defects and improve safety. We may impose reasonable limits and may discontinue a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, permanent storage, or that every connected provider will remain available. Keep independent copies of records you need for legal, accounting, safety, or construction purposes.
10. Suspension, termination, export, and deletion
You may stop using Renoflow at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, a security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms, and may terminate access if the issue is not resolved. Where immediate action is not required for security or law, we may give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. A canceled subscriber may retain an account with available free features. Export information you need before requesting deletion or closing access. Requests for a copy or deletion of account data are handled under the Privacy Policy, including its identity-verification and provider, backup, billing, security, and legal-retention boundaries.
11. No warranty
Renoflow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renoflow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or construction costs, overruns, delays, defects, injuries, or disputes arising from the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Renoflow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Renoflow and its operators from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your dealings with contractors and other project participants. This does not require indemnification for a claim caused by Renoflow’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the pilot and service change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects an existing paid subscription. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the service and cancel before the next renewal.
