Terms of Service
1. What Renoflow is
Renoflow is a software tool that helps homeowners and contractors organize a renovation — it reads the messages, invoices, and documents you forward or enter, and turns them into a budget, schedule, and approval log. Renoflow is an organizational tool only. It is not a licensed general contractor, architect, engineer, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
2. Automated and AI-generated output
Renoflow uses automated systems, including AI models, to read messages and to generate estimates, schedules, draft documents, and suggestions. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong.
- Cost figures are benchmarks, not quotes. Estimates are generated from typical ranges and your own entries — they are not a bid, appraisal, or guarantee of price. Always get written quotes from licensed professionals.
- Extraction can miss or misread things. Renoflow may fail to detect an item, misread an amount, or mis-categorize a message. You are responsible for reviewing what it captures before relying on it. Money and sign-off items are flagged for your confirmation for this reason.
- Generated documents are drafts, not legal advice. Any contract, scope of work, or outreach Renoflow drafts is a starting point. Have a qualified professional review any document before you sign or send it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Verify any figure, date, or document before acting on it, and make your own decisions about your renovation and your contracts.
- Only forward or upload content you have the right to share, and comply with applicable laws.
4. No warranty
Renoflow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renoflow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any construction cost, overrun, delay, or dispute, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Renoflow against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your dealings with contractors and other third parties.
7. Termination
You may stop using Renoflow at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
