You claim a dedicated Renoflow number for your jobs and hand it to your subs. He texts a date, a number, or a photo of his quote to it, from the phone and the texting app he already uses. The agents read it, match it to the job, and stage the schedule shift or the budget line. You review the source message alongside the draft and approve — or edit it first.
